At Jamila, THE DESIGNER, every piece is created with intention and produced just for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Why All Sales Are Final
Our items are made using a print-on-demand process, which means your order is custom-produced after it’s placed. This allows us to reduce waste and deliver unique, made-for-you pieces—but it also means we don’t carry excess inventory for returns or exchanges.
Sizing Guidance
We want you to love your fit. Please review our sizing information carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure or between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
